Obviously this is an incomplete list. Every movement, voluntary and involuntary, requires energy. The purpose of this list is to make you consider how you spend your energy. If you don't have M.E. you can probably do everything on the list in a day, every day. If you do have M.E. you may only be able to do 10 of those things in a day. Which activities are necessary and which ones are you willing to give up? That's what people with M.E. and other energy limiting diseases have to decide every day.
