It's a cold and wet winter here in South Australia, and I haven't been able to get my fleeting thoughts in order. I'm just running on autopilot.

My disability pension was approved, which takes some financial pressure off of us.

Daniel and I both entered the South East Art Society open show. We didn't win any prizes, but I get a kick out of seeing my name on a gallery sticker. We went to the show opening, which was fun but exhausting. By time we got home I could hardly move except for tremors. Later this month we're going to Adelaide so Daniel can see a specialist. I'm excited and scared. I want to see the illumination show while we're there, plus there's a Frida Kahlo exhibition at the museum. But I have to consider that 3 hours sitting in a wheelchair on Friday was rough on me.

July is Disability Pride month. I'd love to tell you more, maybe in another post. You can always google it, many people have already written about it.
